To have your payroll available to your employees with Direct Deposit on a specific day, the Direct Deposit payroll must be run four (4) business days* prior to the employees receiving the funds. This allows time for the submission to be sent, verified and the disbursement to be completed.

* If there is a bank holiday during that week, please allow an additional day or run your payroll a day early to ensure distribution in a timely manner.
