Once you have created the 941 and are ready to e-file it, select the e-file button on the bottom of the 941 screen or go to Payroll > Electronic Filing > 94x Setup & Pin Registration. This form must be completed prior to e-filing the 941 form.

At this time, you would be considered the Reporting Agent and must have a five digit Reporting Agent PIN registered with the IRS. If you do not have the PIN, call e-services at 1-866-255-0654 to request one.
