How do I cancel my direct deposit after it has already been submitted to TaxSlayer?

Only a Direct Deposit with a status of ‘Posted’ or 'Deposit Initiated' can be cancelled. If you need to cancel your Direct Deposit that has been submitted to TaxSlayer, please go to Payroll > Direct Deposit Status Report > Click on the Status > Click Cancel Batch at the bottom of the screen. Resend the correct direct deposit information.

If the status is ‘File Sent’, ‘Deposit Verified’, ‘Disbursement Initiated’, ‘Disbursement File Sent’ or ‘Complete’, the direct deposit cannot be cancelled.
